Enquiries and bookings
Valet2U is operated by Mason Thompson at 6 Singleton Ave, Lytham Saint Annes, FY8 3JU. The website helps you prepare an enquiry. It does not send a form, take a payment or confirm a booking. We discuss the service, vehicle, location, availability and practical arrangements directly with you. A booking is agreed only after we confirm the details and you accept them.
Services and price
The displayed menu prices are Exterior Wash £20, Interior Clean £20, In & Out £30, Full Valet £50 and Factory Fresh £85. We confirm the scope and total price for your vehicle and location before you agree a booking. Any proposed change or additional work is discussed and agreed before it is carried out.
Changes and concerns
Please contact enquiries@valet2u.com or +44 7951 876715 if you need to change or cancel an agreed appointment or have a concern about the service. We discuss the appropriate resolution with you. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights or adds a fixed cancellation, no-show or access fee.
Statutory rights
Applicable consumer law requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. For a qualifying distance or off-premises service contract, a 14-day cancellation right may apply from the day after the agreement. Before a booking is agreed, we provide the relevant business details, payment and cancellation information in a form you can keep. If work is requested during an applicable cancellation period, we explain the legal consequences and obtain the required express request first.
